Manitou Brewing Company
Manitou's only brewery, a small brewpub on Manitou Avenue since March 2014 with 18 taps and a craft kitchen; no reservations, crowlers to go.
Manitou Brewing Company opened in March 2014 in what was the Manitou Burro Line, where visitors once rented burros to ride to the top of Pikes Peak. It pours its own beer on 18 taps, with flagship brews year-round and a tap list that changes with the season (the list read on 10 October 2026 was marked updated 7 October 2026, with an Oktoberfestbier and a pumpkin ale), alongside wine, Colorado spirits, cider, seltzer and non-alcoholic options. The kitchen does small plates, burgers and sandwiches, salads, tacos, nachos and wings; flights are four 5-ounce pours for $14.50.
It takes no reservations, splits checks between no more than four people a table, adds a 10 percent fee to carry-out food and sells 25.4-ounce crowlers to go. The hours block on its home page reads Monday to Thursday noon to 9 pm, Friday noon to 10 pm, Saturday 11 am to 10 pm and Sunday 11 am to 9 pm; the page footer gives Friday as 11 am to 10 pm instead, so Friday lunch is worth a call.
