Adam's Mountain Cafe

Adam’s Mountain Cafe at 26 Manitou Avenue says it makes everything in-house, from its chai and syrups to its soups, sauces and desserts, and describes its menu as drawing on Latin, Mediterranean, Asian and North American cooking. It says it was serving plant-based meals “long before it was fashionable” and that many of its best-known dishes are vegan or vegetarian; the menu also runs to scratch-made lasagna, breakfast plates, noodle bowls and bánh mì. It follows the slow food model, which it sums up as good, clean and fair.

It is open 8 am to 2 pm every day and again for dinner 5 to 8 pm Tuesday to Saturday, with breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Tables and an event space can be reserved through the site, which also takes online orders and sells custom cakes and gift cards.

Address, phone and hours were read on the cafe’s home page on 10 October 2026, which also carried a notice that the cafe was closed on Tuesday, September 8 and would reopen on Wednesday, September 9 at 8 am; the notice gives no year. The Manitou Springs Chamber of Commerce’s member listing, read the same day, gives the same address and phone, which is the second source that it is operating; it has dinner until 9 pm, where the cafe’s own page says 8 pm.
