Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant

The Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant is in a building dating to 1875, first the Pittsburg Hotel and later the Park Place Hotel, divided into several small dining rooms of a few tables each. Most guests take the signature four-course dinner, from $68 a person: a house, Caesar or seasonal salad; a cheese fondue with bread, fruit and vegetables; meats and vegetables grilled at the table on a Swiss raclette grill; and milk, dark or white chocolate fondue with cake and fruit. The whole menu is also served à la carte, with vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options. The restaurant sets aside two hours for each reservation.

Downstairs, Mona’s Cellar is a wine and cocktail bar with light snacks, and the restaurant holds regular wine dinners. Its site gives 1995 as its founding year.
