Soda Springs Park

Soda Springs Park is a 1.9-acre City of Manitou Springs park at 1016 Manitou Avenue, with Fountain Creek running through it. The City calls it a hub for outdoor festivals, concerts and recreation. A community master plan has been rebuilding it in phases: the first, finished in 2021 with a Great Outdoors Colorado grant, added a decorative plaza, accessible walkways, boulder access to the creek, a lawn for day use and events, and security lighting; the second rebuilt the playground with inclusive equipment for a range of ages and abilities, finished in June 2025. A third phase, for the east and west ends of the park, is at the concept stage.
